We stayed at the surreal old drift lodge , close to the iconic Victoria Falls, on the banks of the Zambezi River, there is the Old Drift Lodge. The lodge offers luxury accommodation overlooking the pristine Zambezi National Park, just 7 km from Zimbabwe's mighty Victoria Falls. Old Drift Lodge is situated within a wild paradise frequented by elephant, buffalo, herds of sable, eland, zebra, giraffe, kudu, waterbuck and impala.
The main area of the accommodation has a 360 degree view, facing north towards the Zambezi and south facing a water hole. A 7-kilometer stretch of river flows between the campground and the town of Victoria Falls, making Old Drift Lodge the closest lodge within Victoria Falls National Park.
